Great car buying experience! After 15 years and 200,000 miles, my old gold sedan decided to retire when its catalytic converter needed to be fixed. I did my research and decided t After 15 years and 200,000 miles, my old gold sedan decided to retire when its catalytic converter needed to be fixed. I did my research and decided the Toyota Avalon seemed like a worthy replacement. I was also interested in the hybrid model. I made an appointment at Hendrick Toyota of Concord to test drive one. I met with Kevin Plant. He is a great car salesman to deal with! I came solo (my husband was at work) & Kevin treated me with respect and courtesy. He also has a great sense of humor! We test drove the hybrid and he explained how it worked. He patiently answered every one of my questions about every feature in the car, which was very different from my 15 year old sedan that came with a tape deck ! I left that day feeling much more educated about hybrids and never felt pressured in any way to make a deal. Kevin was great to work with. I ultimately ended up buying the Toyota Avalon Hybrid 4 months later, from Kevin. He located the model I wanted with the features and color I wanted within 24 hours. The buying process went smoothly, without a lot of wasted time. Everyone i dealt with was courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend Kevin Plant and Hendrick Toyota if you are in the market for a car. More

Great Service! I brought my 2016 Tacoma in for it's first scheduled service and had them look at a small rattle in the drivers window. My service specialist (Dave Chagnon) was very knowledgeable and professional, and left me with no doubt that they would be able to fix the issue. I left my vehicle with them and Dave kept me informed throughout the day with status updates. When I picked up my truck everything had been done that was promised and the rattle was now gone! This is a great team of specialists that are knowledgeable and and show real compassion in what they do. I will definitely bring my vehicle here for all my service needs. More
