That evening I met with John, who immediately made me feel at ease as he asked me what I was looking for in a car and what my priorities were for my search. I didn't feel pressured or like I was being upsold on anything. I went in to look at their used cars, but ended up leaving with price quotes for both used and new options due to discounts available for new models. John didn't hesitate when I asked for multiple pricing options on model models. He was also knowledgeable about the car features for each year and model. I ended up switching from wanting a used car to a new car. I scheduled a second appointment in which John made sure I was thoroughly knowledgeable about all the vehicle features and options before I committed to purchasing the car. He then explained all the paperwork to me as we completed the process. Even before I left the dealer he made sure I was set up in my new car with blue tooth and all. I really appreciated how at ease he made me during the car buying process. More
