Excellent service I called in to check a on a vehicle that I found online. I wansn't fully convinced I wanted to make a purchase but the experience here made it easier I called in to check a on a vehicle that I found online. He did an excellent job of answering our questions. The test drive was a pleasant experience and the rep was very informative when it came to walking me through the vehicle. Bait & Swap- beware He did a bait & swap, you test drive and say this is the exact car I want. After 6 hrs we realized he swapped cars and when we told him, he left for B He did a bait & swap, you test drive and say this is the exact car I want. After 6 hrs we realized he swapped cars and when we told him, he left for Bojangles and refused to hear any more from the poor salesman who wanted to close the deal. Needless to say I will NOT be going back to this dealership! More
