I recently bought a 2026 Toyota Camry SE FWD with several packages from Hendrick Toyota, and I had a great experience working with Austin Robinson. He was professional, knowledgeable and was super helpful t packages from Hendrick Toyota, and I had a great experience working with Austin Robinson. He was professional, knowledgeable and was super helpful throughout the process - from walking me through the car's features to taking me on a test drive. What really stood out was how honest and straightforward he was during the negotiation. There were no typical sales games or pressure tactics - Austin was upfront about the pricing and made the whole process quick and stress-free. If you're looking for someone who values your time and gives you a fair deal without the back-and-forth hassle, I highly recommend asking for Austin Robinson at Hendrick Toyota. More
I spent about 7 hours there buying not one, but 2 cars. I had to stay past closing time to sign the paperwork on one of them. The other car had an issue they had to look at and we couldn't take that one home that night. I was told to bring my car back on Wednesday and they would detail it for me. I spent over an hour in rush hour traffic to get up there after work to have it "detailed" only to realize they just ran it through a carwash. I wouldn't have waisted my time for just that. Therefore, 2 weeks later, I spent the weekend detailing the car myself. During this, I found the rear bumper bracket was broken, the rear bumper bolts were not connected, and the bumper was hanging down on one side because of this. The oil life light had come on stating it needed an oil change soon. I would imagine that all of this should have been caught during their "certification inspection" as the car was a "certified vehicle". I'm not sure they even checked it out. And if they did, they didn't do a very good job to miss the bumper items and I'm not confident the oil was changed. My wife was actually at the dealership again that day picking up the 2nd car because it wasn't ready until this point to pick up. I told her about the issues I found on the car, which she expressed to the finance manager while she was signing her paperwork. He said that a Customer Service Manager would call me about these issues and they probably just didn't reset the oil life sensor. I still have not heard from anyone, and it has almost been about a month now. It feels like now that I have bought the cars and I'm out the door, I'm forgotten about. More
