Took Tacoma in for routine service where an issue was identified with the rack and pinion. Although it took three hours to service the truck, they said they couldn't get an answer on warranty coverage fo identified with the rack and pinion. Although it took three hours to service the truck, they said they couldn't get an answer on warranty coverage for the rack and pinion problem during the entire time I was there? They promised to follow up first thing the next day with answers and still haven't. This is exactly why I chose to get an extended warranty to avoid surprises and be sure to be covered. Disappointed. Just do what you say you're going to do. More
