Brand new Toyota had to have the rear window removed, retinted, and rubber seal replaced. Sales/service team was very unsupportive when issuing a loaner vehicle for the multi day repair and instead saw t retinted, and rubber seal replaced. Sales/service team was very unsupportive when issuing a loaner vehicle for the multi day repair and instead saw the situation as a series of inconveniences for them. All the while no concessions were given for such customer inconveniences. Also, after it was confirmed that the defect I noted prior to the sale was in fact damage, no discounts were made to the cost of the vehicle. Service and sales at Hendrick of Concord was far from meeting reasonable expectations. Toyota USA ensured the dealer would call me to discuss. I’ve yet to be contacted by anyone from the dealer to discuss. More
