Dealt with this dealer many years and always have been happy. This time I was disappointed. Salesperson,Shelly is great. Can’t say the same for the guy who tried to close the deal. Of course they really wanted me to buy the one on their lot so stirred me away from the other one…..while I understand full well what was going on…it was not appreciated. The “closing guy” told me I would never get what I wanted for my truck selling it outright. I told him four times that I was not going to buy that day, that someone was coming to look at my truck that night and no decision would be made until the next day. He just wouldn’t quit. I don’t appreciate high pressure and certainly don’t like being lied to. I sold my truck that night and got exactly what this person told me I would never sell it for. I bought elsewhere. More
