Hendrick Toyota Concord

I have been a customer of Toyota of Concord for over 20 years with at least 7 different vehicles. In the past year I have noticed a change in the service department combined with issues of the vehicles th years with at least 7 different vehicles. In the past year I have noticed a change in the service department combined with issues of the vehicles themselves. I used to brag about how good my vehicle was compared to other manufactures, no more. My current 2015 Highlander and 2014 RAV4 continues to have little issues that the service department recommends to fix. Items like a rear main seal, seal around the water pump, front axle leaking grease. One thing after another and we do regular maintenance as recommended. There is no evidence of leaks in my garage what so ever. The 2015 Highlander is blasted all over the internet for door lock activators and front seat which on mine are both a problem. Bottom line I am no longer a fan of Toyota and do not trust what I am being told by the techs. So I would definitely do my research on your next vehicle. I will for sure. Toyota is not looking good. As wit many reviews your are rating the people which are nice and professional but not the overall experience which includes the vehicle and its impact on the consumer. More

We purchased a new vehicle, and there was a problem getting the title work done. Initially, we received no help in resolving the issue. (BTW, we paid for Toyota to handle the title work - should not getting the title work done. Initially, we received no help in resolving the issue. After two months of temporary tags expired, we were told that the dealer could not issue a third temp, leaving us with an undrivable vehicle. After we started shouting, we finally go some help, and a loaner vehicle. Issue was ultimately resolved. More
