Keshon Wilson was an outstanding Sales Rep I was helping a relative finding a good car that fits her budget and lifestyle and we were lucky to work with Keshon. While our experience with Keshon was pleasant, I felt that the top managers acted as if their customers were clueless pile of dollars. Painful process of getting products purchased refunded ! I’ll admit the purchasing process is pretty great. However anything following this process is a pretty painful experience. From service work provided on your vehicle , to refunds from products purchased after the vehicle has been sold. I have had to jump thru hoops to try and get my refund since I have recently traded my truck. I’ve had numerous bad experiences with the service Dept from length of time in service, to wheels being damaged. Ive tried to trade my truck back to the dealer for something newer only to be told it can’t be done, now the finance company Setf whom my truck was financed with has told me I’m entitled to a refund of products purchased however it’s almost like the dealer thinks I’m lying to them. I’ve sent them over paper work from the other dealership as requested , I didn’t hear back for days, they say that’s perfect thank you, a week goes by and now they need more info to return my money? Needless to say I won’t be purchasing or servicing a vehicle here any more. More
