Knowledgeable salesman, excellent service I worked with Ken who was extremely helpful and was transparent as well as friendly. I had an idea of what I wanted but when I found out that vehicle I worked with Ken who was extremely helpful and was transparent as well as friendly. I had an idea of what I wanted but when I found out that vehicle wasn’t for me, Ken was patient and helped with all my questions. He seemed to know all the answers and was honest about all the perks and downfalls of what I was interested in. I ended up with a 2018 Rav4 which I am absolutely in love with. I came in with a loan from my bank, but Ken worked to beat the interest rate and provided me with a loan. Next time I am in the market for a new car (which I imagine with the durability of these vehicles won’t be to soon) I will absolutely be back to Toyota of Concord. More

A very pleasant and friendly experience Our sales rep., LaChrisha, was very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We sat down and chatted. She got an idea of what we were looking for, features and how much we were wanting to spend. Also, as we were waiting, several times she offered a snack and drive. We had wanted to look at a Corolla, but it was sold before we could get to the dealership. We choose 2 cars to test drive. After the first test drive, LaChrisha said she saw a car that we may be interested in. I test drove the car. After I drove the car, I told her to forget the other car and we would deal with the Camry. LaChrisha was very engaging during the whole process. Our final step was financing where we dealt with Chris Herndon. Ironically, we purchased a 2018 Camry from Chris six months ago just before he went to finance. We had a pleasant experience with him then as well. That is why we went back to this dealership to trade my 2001 Camry. Chris is no less a professional in the finance dept. then when he was as a salesman. The whole experience was the BEST I have ever had...and I purchased plenty of cars in my time. Lastly, LaChrisha set up my Bluetooth and Navigation in the car to my phone. There is no question about where we will go when we need to purchase another car, rather when we will purchase another vehicle. Thanks for the awesome work Hendrick team. More
