Unfair costumer service We have now been back-and-forth to the dealer in Concord 4 x. The reason why we keep going back is because I’m one of the service issues that we had We have now been back-and-forth to the dealer in Concord 4 x. The reason why we keep going back is because I’m one of the service issues that we had on the warranty with our DVD in our vehicle they left the sunroof and moonroof open overnight and there was a huge storm surge that came through the town that night which completely damaged or the roof lighting in the van and it also damage the DVDs in our vehicle which they have not been able to replace or fix we have been back there four times afterwards and they’re still water stains on our roof top and grease stains all over the vehicle from supposedly cleaning it. At this moment we are now waiting because they are supposedly going to replace the lighting in the roof and they’re going to replace some trim edges from some switches that are up top on the roof because they damaged it with chemicals and we’re very very extremely disappointed with the service and the way they treated us after purchasing or third vehicle there More

Not a professional job done Even after I specifically requested for checking a couple of things, the Service consuktant did follow up with the technician on those items, until I Even after I specifically requested for checking a couple of things, the Service consuktant did follow up with the technician on those items, until I reminded him during checkout. After I checked out and started on my way home, I found that the technician did not bolt the chassis guard in the front. I had to come back to get it fixed. All this after waiting for 2.5 hours. More

Courtesy matters. No one recognized my presence after I pulled in. Everybody seems to have been doing their own thing. After a moment of scanning around I shouted greetings to everyone. Another moment later someone came up to me with the question is anyone taking care of me. Obviously I said no. Your service advisors need training in courtesy also, unless if they extend it selectively.. For some of us, that matters, especially when we have to be kept there for far longer than we expect, only to be told from time to time one thing or another is wrong with everything on our vehicles but what we are there for. Go for simple oil change and you end up spending close to a thousand dollars. By the way why is that so. one never goes in and comes out with what one perhaps budgets for. Is it part of your game plan to make your customers pay more just a simple oil change and tire rotation do not fetch you much? Some times we feel some extortion is going on there, I personally pray that is not the case. One should not go for basic oil change and end up been scared into spending so much money, otherwise damage to one's vehicle could be worse and dangerous. Enough for now. More
