Beware when they tell you "It is fixed" If you want them to "fix" your car come to this place. I brought my car a month ago because the fender was loosen. I told them to fix it, I was going to pay for the repair. Instead they put it back in place and told me it was fixed. I came back a month later for a oil change, and surprise surprise! The fender was completely gone and damaged my frontal tire so bad that I was told it was unsafe to drive. Now I don't only need $200 plus dollars to change it, but also change the tire that because of their bad job got ruined. Im extremely disappointed on this dealership service. Im tired of being treat less because I have an accent and Im a women, which by the way it is an attitude that I have learned to spot in other people very quick. The manager did nothing to repair the damage.They only offer a "labor discount". I truly believe the least they could have done was to replace my tender completely free. It is their lost. I am not coming back to this place ever. They said they strive for customer satisfaction, I don't think so. More

Everything was so clear and smooth, to an extent that less than 24 hours later I took the 2-hour drive from Durham and purchased the car. It took me less than 2 hours to complete the purchase and I was at all time supported by Noel. His services were so great and he was such a nice person that my mother, who can't speak English but had joined my that day, could also feel his kindness. To be honest and fair, I visited Marc Jacobson Durham before going to Hendrick. Even though I didn't buy the car in that dealership, I'm glad I had the opportunity to go there because it gave me the chance to compare both places. I can now and with absolute certainty state that Hendrick Concord gave me a much more superior service and made me feel treated as a friend rather than a "fool we're taking the money from."
