I had an idea of what I wanted but when I found out that vehicle I worked with Ken who was extremely helpful and was transparent as well as friendly. I had an idea of what I wanted but when I found out that vehicle wasn’t for me, Ken was patient and helped with all my questions. He seemed to know all the answers and was honest about all the perks and downfalls of what I was interested in. I ended up with a 2018 Rav4 which I am absolutely in love with. I came in with a loan from my bank, but Ken worked to beat the interest rate and provided me with a loan. Next time I am in the market for a new car (which I imagine with the durability of these vehicles won’t be to soon) I will absolutely be back to Toyota of Concord. More
