Everything was so clear and smooth, to an extent that less than 24 hours later I took the 2-hour drive from Durham and purchased the car. It took me less than 2 hours to complete the purchase and I was at all time supported by Noel. His services were so great and he was such a nice person that my mother, who can't speak English but had joined my that day, could also feel his kindness. To be honest and fair, I visited Marc Jacobson Durham before going to Hendrick. Even though I didn't buy the car in that dealership, I'm glad I had the opportunity to go there because it gave me the chance to compare both places. I can now and with absolute certainty state that Hendrick Concord gave me a much more superior service and made me feel treated as a friend rather than a "fool we're taking the money from." I recommend them 100%. More
