Best car buying experience ever! Like most people, I have always hated the process of buying a new car. The back and forth "let me take this to my manager" game is just exhausting. Ho Like most people, I have always hated the process of buying a new car. The back and forth "let me take this to my manager" game is just exhausting. Honestly, I would rather have a root canal. So imagine my surprise to have actually ENJOYED the purchase of my new 4Runner. What was the difference? Ken Nance. Ken was patient and answered all of my questions when I was torn between an SR5, TRD, and a Limited. He spent the time explaining all of the options available and differences in the models. He never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering him with all of my questions and indecisiveness. When I finally made my decision, he made the "haggling" experience as painless as possible. The day I picked up my new Limited, he set up my Bluetooth, showed me how to use my remote engine start, heated seats (did I mention I live up north and traveled several hundred miles for this great deal), navigation, etc. We had fun setting my radio presets and discovering we had very similar tastes in music. Anyway, it was a great experience and I will definitely be going to Ken again in the future. Maybe next time it will be the TRD Pro I liked!! More
