After spending a long week of over 20+ Noel McKenzie is the best Toyota associate I have worked with, and the best person in town to buy a car with. After spending a long week of over 20+ hours at many different dealerships, I was tired, and the car shopping experience was taking it's toll. While waiting for my wife to pick me up after test driving a Honda, I strolled next door to glance at the Toyotas. Noel was outside in the 30 degree whether, and greeted me with a very warm smile. He asked how my day was, and I told him about my car shopping experience. He kindly encouraged me to sit in a couple of different cars to get a feel of exactly what I needed. I ended up test driving a vehicle that night. My wife and I had a very pleasant conversation with Noel throughout the experience. Never once did we feel like he was pressuring us into a sale, and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time with him. It was late, and a work night, so we decided to come back first thing on my next day off, and Noel made the car buying process incredibly easy. It never once felt like a tug-of-war. We found the perfect car, and he delivered on every request. After working with many sales associates at several other dealerships, I can honestly say that Noel is the best! Dave Parker made the financing go incredibly smooth, with no hidden surprises, and we couldn't have been happier with the whole process. Professional, and courteous. My wife and I thank you, both! Great experience and easy to deal with My sales person, Brandon Grubb, was great to work with. He was honest and trustworthy and fully understood what I was trying to accomplish. We purchased a used 3Runner and he was accommodating to letting me do what I needed to be comfortable with the purchase of an older vehicle. Beyond Brandon I want to call out the sales Manager, Mark, I met. We had a concern with the thermostat in the car and he took care of it with no questions asked. Ensuring our satisfaction was his top priority. The only thing I would suggest they consider changing is the way the guests are greeted. Walking in to a line of sales people like they are birds of prey perched ready to attack is a little intimidating. I would prefer a more subtle approach. I have purchased a lot of Toyota's over the years and have to say the overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely be telling others about the experience and look forward to working with them when our needs require a new Toyota. More

Brandon was Awesome! I told Brandon my situation in an email prior to going. He advised me that he thought we could work things out and to come up there. I reluctantly went thinking this was just typical salesmen talk. I was honestly expecting to get there and end up disappointed. I was wrong! He was very personable and worked with me to get my numbers where I needed to be. I drove out of there in my 2017 Sienna with getting about $2k more for my trade than I expected. I would definitely recommend Brandon if you are looking for a new vehicle! More
