We decided to try again dice there was a used truck we liked. Our salesman, Mark Searcy, was friendly, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the truck we were looking at. He was not pushy and did not pressure us at all. Pressure NEVER works with us!!! Besides being an outstanding communicator who keeps me abreast of any unexpected developments and up coming services due, he continues to go above and beyond. Ditto for Tommy, who is instrumental in squeezing out 322,000 miles on my 93 4Runner. With his guidance, I expect my Avalon to be a high mileage cehicle also. Tommy is always quick to zero in on the problem. To put all of this another way, if we looked at a bell curve where three standard deviations are considered acceptable, Kody and Tommy would be in the 50th percentile of one standard divistion. Furthermore, the dealership deserves a few kudos for its cleanliness, comfort, and overall pleasant atmosphere. The upbeat positive staff is also a plus. More

Return for recall service I had to have the rear leaf springs replaced on my 2006 Tacoma due to a recall. I was greeted by my service tech Jessi Muhs at the time of my appointm I had to have the rear leaf springs replaced on my 2006 Tacoma due to a recall. I was greeted by my service tech Jessi Muhs at the time of my appointment. She clearly explained what was to be done and gave an estimate of how long it would take. During my wait she explained that they performed a courtesy inspection of my truck and found a couple of defects that I was unaware of. I asked her to have the service person take care of a couple of them while they were replacing the springs. The entire body of work was done well within the time estimated. Jessi was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely courteous and professional. I would recommend the Hendrick Toyota service department to anyone needing work on their Toyota. More
