We decided to try again dice there was a used truck we liked. Our salesman, Mark Searcy, was friendly, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the truck we were looking at. He was not pushy and did not pressure us at all. Pressure NEVER works with us!!! We got a great deal on our used truck and will definitely recommend Mark Searcy and Hendricks Toyota to everyone we know!!! Besides being an outstanding communicator who keeps me abreast of any unexpected developments and up coming services due, he continues to go above and beyond. Ditto for Tommy, who is instrumental in squeezing out 322,000 miles on my 93 4Runner. With his guidance, I expect my Avalon to be a high mileage cehicle also. Tommy is always quick to zero in on the problem. To put all of this another way, if we looked at a bell curve where three standard deviations are considered acceptable, Kody and Tommy would be in the 50th percentile of one standard divistion. Furthermore, the dealership deserves a few kudos for its cleanliness, comfort, and overall pleasant atmosphere. The upbeat positive staff is also a plus. More

Return for recall service I had to have the rear leaf springs replaced on my 2006 Tacoma due to a recall. I was greeted by my service tech Jessi Muhs at the time of my appointm I had to have the rear leaf springs replaced on my 2006 Tacoma due to a recall. I was greeted by my service tech Jessi Muhs at the time of my appointment. She clearly explained what was to be done and gave an estimate of how long it would take. During my wait she explained that they performed a courtesy inspection of my truck and found a couple of defects that I was unaware of. I asked her to have the service person take care of a couple of them while they were replacing the springs. The entire body of work was done well within the time estimated. Jessi was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely courteous and professional. I would recommend the Hendrick Toyota service department to anyone needing work on their Toyota. More

I was actually on my way to a different dealership to look Ass't a different vehicle when I passed by Hendricks Toyota and decided to swing by through the lot. I saw a vehicle that was nicer than the one I was on my way to look at. I met with Lisandro Diaz, sales rep. He and his management team were very welcoming, friendly and professional. Within three hours, I was driving off the lot in the truck "i wanted" (no switch games, etc). It was a very pleasurable car buying experience and I recommend the Hendricks Toyota of North Charleston team to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
Car repair I went to get my Sequia fixed. I scheduled my appointment online not knowing that a diagnostic problem usually cannot be done on a Saturday. I am a si I went to get my Sequia fixed. I scheduled my appointment online not knowing that a diagnostic problem usually cannot be done on a Saturday. I am a single mom and go to work at 6am during the week, usually having to pick up my kids from aftercare at 5:30pm and have no family help. The older 2007 Sequia is my only means of transportation. Something that I think the service advisor could kind of sense because he asked knew that Saturday was the only day I could manage to make it. He went out of his way to see what he could do in order to see if a technician could diagnose the problem with my car. Knowing that I had already taken it to another mechanic and was told it was going to be major repairs. More than what could be done that day. You see, my previous car had been repossessed because I couldn’t afford the payments. He did not know this. I just went through a divorce and have have three children I am supporting. He did not know this as well. And by the end when he had to schedule me for service and tell me how much it was still going to cost he was still gracious because I think he could see that at any minute I would turn into a ball of tears. He gave me his card and told me to call him if I needed anything and assured me that he would be there when I had to return for service to drop my car off and for when I would have to check out because of the arrangements I had to make for getting the car to him and getting back there in enough time to get my kids. All in one day. I’m so appreciative of him. I don’t know how far these surveys go or who reads them, but his name is Jeff Dunbar and he was at the Hendrick Toyota in N Charleston, SC. And I don’t know the technician that was there, but I am thankful for him as well. More
