3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation I was told the service would take about an hour to an hour and a half. It was over three. Daniel Limlingan was with us during our test drive and is a huge reason as to why we came back to purchase. He was was very kind and showed us exactly what we wanted. When we came back to purchase our car we met again with Daniel, in addition to supervisor Will Smith, and finance manager Blake Hubbard. Will was very helpful, informative, and treated us like we were family. Blake was incredibly patient and answered all of our questions about warranties and the paperwork. Blake and Will were respectful of what my husband and I stated we were comfortable with paying. They truly took care of us and I cannot thank them enough. I would be happier if I had received an owner's manual and a second key with the car. I should have voiced that expectation instead of assuming they were included as a matter of course. The books are readily available and relatively inexpensive. Unfortunately replacement keys are costly. So far we love the car, which seems to be everything we thought it would be. More
