Our salesman, Kevin helped us so quickly and was able to understand what we needed after only speaking for about 10 minutes. We were out of time, but so conveced that we came back the next day and got our car. The whole process only took about three hours! It was nice to be able to get in and out with what we wanted. If you go to Hendrick Toyota, I'd recommend talking to Kevin, though I'm sure all their guys know what they're doing. More

Great experience leasing a car I was looking at several different dealerships to lease a new car. I first went to a Honda dealership and had a terrible experience there, so we left I was looking at several different dealerships to lease a new car. I first went to a Honda dealership and had a terrible experience there, so we left and went to Hendrick Toyota to compare prices and options. As opposed to the Stokes Honda, every staffer at Toyota was extremely pleasant and accommodating. They offered a great deal for a new car lease and worked to negotiate an even better deal, they treated us with respect, explained things clearly, and helped make sure we were making the right purchase. Throughout the past year I have dealt with a lot of car trouble from various cars, and my experience at Hendrick Toyota was definitely the best experience I've ever had at a car place. I highly recommend this dealership and my customer service rep, Jennie Zehr. More

Bait & Switch Yesterday we found a car on their website, called them for availability, Carfax condition and potential out the door price. After confirming/acceptin Yesterday we found a car on their website, called them for availability, Carfax condition and potential out the door price. After confirming/accepting the condition we were told it could be at our price, but they could not hold the car unless we were in transit to the dealership. Since we were 2 hours away and it was after 3pm, we did not want to drive there as we wouldn't get home until probably after 10 at night. We told the representative to call us in the morning to confirm the car was still available and we would try to get there by 10am. This morning we were called by another person asking if we were coming which we said we were about to leave, but why the change of people? We were told the new person was authorized to sell while the other wasn't which was contrary to what we were told yesterday. So we indicated that we would be there and if there were any other cars of the same model and options in our price range to have them available to consider too. We got there a few minutes after 10 to find our appointment on the screen still with the previous day's person. We were greeted by the new person and told to go outside to look at cars, but then found out our car wasn't there, but we could look at the others?!? No prices, just keys to go outside and look at the other 3 on the lot. We got inside and they then said we have to wait for a manager who tried to explain the "media mixup" and that the car was in Florida and would be there in a day or two!?!? I asked how that could be as the representative yesterday had to ask a manager for the pricing ok, the car's picture was on their site and everything was done for us to come in and drive home. This goes on for two hours with them trying to substitute another car at $1000s more until on the 3rd try at getting the car originally agreed on, they said now that it was the wrong car on the website with the wrong information and the pricing was based on that car which we could have at that price, but it didn't have the options indicated. They wouldn't negotiate near the price we wanted and they had agreed on so we left after wasting another two hours and then having to drive back home another two hours. 6 plus hours wasted!!! Needless to say, I will never go to another Hendrick dealership and would suggest the same to EVERYONE!!! More
