When I returned the following day Chris greeted me right away and was extremely professional yet personable. He quickly determined what needed to be done and made it happen. He was able to get me into a brand new 2018 Toyota CHR. He never made me feel pressured or like I was being sold something I didn't really want or need. He listened to all of my questions and concerns then helped narrow down to the best options for me personally. Not only did he help get me a fair and reasonable price for a vehicle that I love but he was able to do the same on my trade in. Between him and the finance team it was an enjoyable and painless process. I would highly recommend going to him for anything! Additionally, Adam in the Finance department is amazing and made the experience even better! He was professional, patience, personal, and quickly took care of all of my financing needs! He is the man to see! Lastly, I have already had to take my car in for the first service and Jessi was my service advisor. I have never had a better experience with a service advisor anywhere! She is very knowledgeable and does an amazing job of explaining. She answered all my questions in a way that made it impossible to misunderstand. She is the only advisor I plan to work with for any of my service needs. All 3 of these representatives are incredible and highly recommended! The Hendrick family should be very proud to have them representing their name and as a part of the team! More

New Camry SE I was led to Hendrick Toyota through the Costco auto program and Danny met us for our appointment.
