It was ok...salesman was great...finance...not so much. Salesman great...finance part...not so much. They tried to bully and intimidate me into a $2800 warranty. Very aggressive and high pressure. I ended up standing my ground and getting what I wanted, but wouldn’t want someone who would be fixed on what their “payment” is instead of what the total cost and interest rate are. I don’t see any of my finance people on here...I had Will and when he couldn’t work with interest rate that my credit union offered, I dealt with His boss...Will was fine...Boss...wouldn’t want to deal with again & was so close to walking out. Probably should’ve. More

He was very friendly and really took the time to walk us through the vehicle. I have only had my Toyota serviced at Hendrick and it has always been easy and quick! Last month, we leased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma. Our salesperson was Dane Winner and he was great. He was so thorough when he explained how things worked in the truck! Will Smith was the finance person and he was very quite thorough when explaining the lease and any extras that were being offered. At no time did we feel a high pressure type of sales, nor were we ever rushed through the process. If you are in the market for an automobile, you should give them a chance. They won't disappoint! More

Wait after car was ready 2 hours for routine maintenance seems excessive. Then the service person couldn't be found even though car was ready. Sister had to wait about 10 minu 2 hours for routine maintenance seems excessive. Then the service person couldn't be found even though car was ready. Sister had to wait about 10 minutes before the person was found. Service person was helpful, but someone should have been available to check out without having to wait. It appeared to my sister that they were backed up in checking people out once their cars were done. It is possible that the dealership is overbooking routine maintenance. More
