I would be happier if I had received an owner's manual and a second key with the car. I should have voiced that expectation instead of assuming they were included as a matter of course. The books are readily available and relatively inexpensive. Unfortunately replacement keys are costly. So far we love the car, which seems to be everything we thought it would be. More

Service department f##k up I brought my 2014 Camry to this piece of crap dealership for routine service. I am handicapped. I arrived at 2:15 for my appointment. I did not get I brought my 2014 Camry to this piece of crap dealership for routine service. I am handicapped. I arrived at 2:15 for my appointment. I did not get out there until after 5:00pm. We had agreed that I would get an oil change, a tire rotation and they would check the air filter and cabin filter. After being there for over an hour and a half, the pi$$ poor service agent, George Sando, came and told me they found a nail in my tire and it could not be repaired. This caused additional money for a new tire and additional time. The real kicker is that when I went out to use my car for some hurricane preps, the brand new tire was flat as a pancake. I tried to call the dealership and they are all closed because of the hurricane that is due to make landfall in 3 days. Never again!! More
