This dealership was very different from day one then your typical dealerships. Normally , I felt like fish in a shark tank with aggressive salesmen. But, Will Smith was very personable and listened to me in regards to what I was looking for. He didn't pressure me at all, and never tried to sell me something outside of my budget. I am so grateful for all the time and energy Will spent with me. He was very patient with me Over the few months we interacted in trying to find the perfect fit for me and my family. On the night of the purchase, he even stayed well past the time he was scheduled to get off, to ensure my comfort and satisfaction with my new purchase. Both the salesman Will Smith and the manager Mike Seng went above and beyond their normal duties on my behalf. Even the finance gentleman Michael Donoghue made the checkout process simple and efficient. I highly recommend doing business with them! Mr. Bagwell is outstanding, and truly knows the Toyota brand very Andrew Bagwell has been my Service Advisor at this establishment for about 5 years. Mr. Bagwell is outstanding, and truly knows the Toyota brand very well. Andrew always "Nails" to the point what the diagnosis is if my 2006 Tundra is not performing at peak mechanical reliability. Mr. Bagwell is always friendly and courteous, and he makes sure that he keeps you informed of the progress of your specific repair.
