Unprofessional Contacted sales team to discuss a pre-owned vehicle. Initially had good response; received pictures and feedback about the car of interest, as I am no Contacted sales team to discuss a pre-owned vehicle. Initially had good response; received pictures and feedback about the car of interest, as I am not local. Went downhill from there. They offered $5000 less than my previous lowest appraisal value on my trade (all this week). Would not provide me with information about where their appraisal number came from (I'm assuming they could not back it up with any documentation). They did not follow-up with me regarding an alternate offer on their vehicle without trading, nor with any information about costs for warranties. When I contacted them 24 hours later about their seemingly lack of interest in discussing any additional options/ offers, I was simply told that manager said my offer "was out of the equation". This is interesting, as it was only $1000 under asking price and they didn't discuss any counter. My requests for the manager to contact me were ignored, as well. Does not seem like they want to do business, and I was trying to purchase the car before end of year. Very poor customer service, communication. I have purchased many cars over the past 25 years and never had an experience like this. More
