Professional and low pressure sales team First tried to work with Fred Anderson but was unimpressed with service team and sales. Had to request a different representative when he suggested that the car we were purchasing would have less resell value if my wife drove as women slam on the break and the accelerator frequently. Fred Anderson also left our Prius stranded in the parking lot claiming we need to buy a new battery for $300. Had to leave work to jump the Prius but the battery is fine. No such case at Hendrix where they cater well to military and everyone else. Didn’t take long to negotiate a deal I couldn’t refuse and I will continue to use them to service my two Toyota’s. No games, no upsell, very professional . More
