Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! I currently live in North Carolina and my old car died on me about 2 weeks ago. My mom had recently purchased a Camry from this location about a month prior and recommended that I come to Charleston to come and purchase a new vehicle. I came in to town on a time crunch with several vehicles and a particular budget in mind. I visited multiple dealerships with several sales people trying to push me in to vehicles that I did not want. On my multiple visits to Hendrick Toyota, I encountered multiple salespeople. Eric Muddiman was by far one of the best that I've worked with. I was interested in one vehicle, in particular, that was not able to be found on the lot by either him or 2 other people and a sales manager. When they couldn't find it, Eric worked to find another vehicle that was comparable in both price and mileage. He was amazing and made sure that I was satisfied with my purchase before I left the dealership to head back to North Carolina that night. If you are in need of a new vehicle make sure you go check Eric out and Hendrick Toyota. You definitely won't regret it. More

Drove up from the Hilton Head area and wasn't let down I had spent about a month looking for a very specific make and model of vehicle. I found it on Hendrick Toyota's website and emailed about my interes I had spent about a month looking for a very specific make and model of vehicle. I found it on Hendrick Toyota's website and emailed about my interest. Within a short period of time I got in touch with Danny Marflake who was very reasonable and timely to correspond with. Since I was making a 2 hour drive for the car, we had to do some negotiating via email. I feel like the car was listed for a reasonable price and the value I got for my trade in was actually higher than the KBB value of it. Once we got to the point where the paperwork was getting finalized, there was no pressure or even mention of trying to sell me some form or warranty. I also already had a pre-approved check in hand and not a single person at the dealership tried to pressure me into financing there. The vehicle was detailed and presented to me with a full tank of gas. All in all, this was probably the best used vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. More
