Excellence I bought a new vehicle in December. Absolutely loved it, but needed to lower my payments in light of marital issues. Toyota had no problems with helpi I bought a new vehicle in December. I met with Jason McGarry for both sales and he was extremely helpful. Adam T and Blake H in finance was most helpful in explaining things to me and working with me. professionalism and personal care I have been taking my truck to Rick Hendricks Toyota for over a year. It appears that I had purchased a lemon of a used Toyota Truck that seems to be I have been taking my truck to Rick Hendricks Toyota for over a year. It appears that I had purchased a lemon of a used Toyota Truck that seems to be in the shop as often as it is on the road. It is a 2009 Tundra. I first took my truck to Sears at Northwood, but realized quickly that I needed a more professional staff. My first introduction to your service department was with Ms. Jessica Muhr. After my first visit, I realized that this was where I needed to continue to have my truck serviced. Each time I have had work done to my truck, I request Ms. Jessica Muhr. She is perfectly professional, and as well her pleasant demeanor and knowledge are amazing. Please don't ever let her go. More
George did a great job. I took my Rav4 hybrid in for service and tire rotation, and, for the second time, asked them to check the hybrid batteries. The EV mode was not worki I took my Rav4 hybrid in for service and tire rotation, and, for the second time, asked them to check the hybrid batteries. The EV mode was not working- it had been like this since roughly September I had taken my car to Hendrick for my last service (in October) they checked it and said it was fine. Since that time, it hasn't worked at all! At this last call, I was also advised that my vehicle was out of warranty (just over the 1 year mark) and was charged for the oil change & tire rotation. After this service call, the hybrid did not come on at all, AND I got a card in the mail from Toyota indicating that I still had a free oil change and a few tire rotations left on my account at Toyota, to please come back! George took the time to find out that I had not used all of the factory credits on my oil changes, AND he had the mechanic check the hybrid batteries. Come to find out, the hybrid does not work when the temperature is below 68 degrees!!! Who knew! Instead of just telling me that it was fine, he took the time to explain WHY it wasn't working and show me where the info was referenced in my manual. If the guy last time had done that, I wouldn't have wasted my time or theirs worrying about it and thinking that Hendrick just didn't care about my vehicle or my business. Thanks George!
