My sales person, Lindsay Pushic, possesed a great knowledge of the available vehicles. I explained my specific needs in a vehicle and she presented me a truck that fit the bill perfectly. However, she also made sure that we looked at other models, just to be certain that it wasn't missing any features. My time spent at the dealership was very well respected and the entire purchase process took less than 2 hours to complete. Like I said in my description, Perfect. More

Drove up from the Hilton Head area and wasn't let down I had spent about a month looking for a very specific make and model of vehicle. I found it on Hendrick Toyota's website and emailed about my interes I had spent about a month looking for a very specific make and model of vehicle. I found it on Hendrick Toyota's website and emailed about my interest. Within a short period of time I got in touch with Danny Marflake who was very reasonable and timely to correspond with. Since I was making a 2 hour drive for the car, we had to do some negotiating via email. I feel like the car was listed for a reasonable price and the value I got for my trade in was actually higher than the KBB value of it. Once we got to the point where the paperwork was getting finalized, there was no pressure or even mention of trying to sell me some form or warranty. I also already had a pre-approved check in hand and not a single person at the dealership tried to pressure me into financing there. The vehicle was detailed and presented to me with a full tank of gas. All in all, this was probably the best used vehicle purchase experience I have ever had. More
Another home run by Kody and Tommy Kody, our go-to, trusted service advisor, spotted my wife pulling into the service lane before I had a chance to park my truck. My wife explained the Kody, our go-to, trusted service advisor, spotted my wife pulling into the service lane before I had a chance to park my truck. My wife explained the problem, many lights on in the dash, and Kody was already getting the key by the time I walked over to them. Within another few minutes we were headed to work knowing the Kody would get the car into Tommy for servicing. Two hours later Kody called, the alternator was shot and the battery was already being charged in the hopes that we didn't damage it driving to the shop. Early that afternoon Kody informed me that the alternator was installed but the battery would not hold a charge, and the wipers needed to be replaced, which we were planning on doing anyway. Since the had the car we had a new battery installed as well as wiper blades. Why not? The battery is necessary and the blades are a safety item. The last thing I need is to create more problems for my wife. A third call from Kody notified me that the car was finished. Kody and Tommy make an outstanding team. Tommy's diagnostic skills and work is top notch. I have never had to take anything back in the twenty or so years that he has worked on any of my Toyotas. Kody has always communicated costs and status. Both are extremely friendly and go out of their way to advise and answer questions. I'll be taking my 1993 4-runner in to get rid of a knocking sound. As I stated, another home run by both of them. More

Does scheduling of appointments factor into Service Quality? I came to the dealership for an oil change. These are scheduled in advance, and I arrived prior to the scheduled appointment. After I was checked in I I came to the dealership for an oil change. These are scheduled in advance, and I arrived prior to the scheduled appointment. After I was checked in I was told that the vehicle would not be ready for an hour and a half because there were three other vehicles ahead of me. Based upon that I have to wonder about the scheduling process. I don't think it would be acceptable for me to show up at 1PM for a scheduled appointment for noon so why should the converse be acceptable? I should add that the people I talked to were very professional, The service rep kept me aware of the work being done on my car and answered my questions fully. He did his job. My question/concern has to do with the process. Oh, and it was an hour and a half before the oil change was completed. So at least that part of the process was as indicated. More
