Wonderful and Excellent Experience My Wife & I had a very wonderful and excellent experience today at Hendrick Toyota Scion North Charleston, SC, when we purchased our 2014 Scion XD (us My Wife & I had a very wonderful and excellent experience today at Hendrick Toyota Scion North Charleston, SC, when we purchased our 2014 Scion XD (used) and had our 2016 4Runner SR5 for complimentary services at the same time. My Wife and I had agreed to give Excellent and 5 Star ratings for the following criteria: Customer Service, Quality of Work and Friendliness. And we gave a consensus of Good and 4 Star rating for the Price criterion. We would like to make special mention to these wonderful and excellent workforce of your company, namely : Ms. Jennie Zehr and Mr. Patrick " The Good News" Coleman from Sales Department; Ms. Jessi Muhs of Service Department ( She's very accomodating & friendly); Mr. Robbie "BB" Beebe of Finance Department (He's articulate with his job and we also share the same passion for watches 👍👌🏻😎); and last but not the least, Mr. W. 25000 mile service Oil level was incorrect after Hendrick did an oil change Did not check it until I got home, did not think it would be necessary.
