Toyota of North Charleston I made an appointment for a routine oil change for 10am on a Thursday. I arrived about 15 minutes earlier and saw my vehicle being driven to the oil change bay at 10:20am, a bit later than my original appt but this is an improvement from prior visits where even though I had an appt, my vehicle was not taken for almost an hour! The service rep was extremely polite and efficient. He truly had my best interests in mind and initially thought I may not have needed the oil change due to the type of oil being used. After further checking, I did in fact need an oil change as the vehicle notification system noted to me. The oil change and usual routine maintenance was performed as well as a brake fluid flush, etc. Again, it was performed quickly and efficiently. I found the entire experience pleasant and exceeding my expectations. More

Sat in there for 3 hours only to be shown one car that was completely out of their price range and when I asked if that was their only option I was told that was it!! Really??? Out of the thousands of cars Rick Hendrick has that was there only option!! The salesman also ate and helped others while we sat there waiting. Took my friends down the road and they got treated exceptional and had no issues getting something they could afford!! More

The associate informed me of great tire deals they had & simply went with the tire they suggested. They have a very cool app that you know what service they suggested. I forwarded the message to DH & he accepted or declined the various suggested services. I would probably rate them excellent if I'd made my appointment on time. However there were A LOT of cars there for service. More
