Horrible Service!! Took my 2018 Tundra (11,000 miles) in there today for steering wheel vibration between 55 to 65 miles per hour and the truck was pulling to the right. This all started after the tires had there today for steering wheel vibration between 55 to 65 miles per hour and the truck was pulling to the right. This all started after the tires had been rotated. At roughly 2000 miles, I had the truck in there for the same problem and they replaced 2 of the tires because they couldn't get the BF Goodrich's to balance properly. So they decide to replace two of the tires and put the new ones on the front, and put the other two on the rear. Well here we are at rotation time and all of a sudden the problem is back and Hendrick Toyota in North Charleston will not honor the 12,000 mile warranty. Let alone the individual I dealt with in the service department attempted to tell me not once but twice, that the tires and rims are after market and not factory installed. So know all of sudden the truck needs all 4 wheels re-balanced and a 4- wheel alignment at my expense!! Yeah the warranty is 12 months or 12,000 miles but come on they have all the records from the first tire issue because they did the work on it and the truck only has 11,000 miles on it. What a horrible way to do business!! More
