Lied to me For 3 years they put in regular oil on my oil change. BUYER BEWARE! I was offered a car in NC that I declined because it didn't have the specs I wanted.. I was then told they would order a car for me (filled out a a re I was offered a car in NC that I declined because it didn't have the specs I wanted.. I was then told they would order a car for me (filled out a a requisition form) and it would arrive approx. three weeks later with zero miles. Three weeks later, Daniel Limlingan called and told me MY car had arrived and I could come pick it up. After repeated attempts to get the VIN for insurance purposes, he admitted that it wasn't the car that I ordered but the car I had already declined in NC with 475 miles on it. After more questioning, I find out that the dealer never ordered my car and tried to pass the car I declined earlier off on me. I canceled my order and was then told it would take five days for me to get my deposit back because of the credit card company.. After the call to my credit card company inquiring why this was the case, they informed me that in fact they would reimburse within minutes of a call from the dealer. Daniel went radio silent on me and I had to call repeatedly to different managers to get my deposit back. It took over a week to get it. I went across town to Fred Anderson Toyota and they ended up getting me the exact car (VIN #) that was supposedly ordered through Hendrick. As I said, BUYER BEWARE. More

Great experience I hadn't a wonderful experience first with Daniel, and then Blake (Daniel was out of town). They didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot so they I hadn't a wonderful experience first with Daniel, and then Blake (Daniel was out of town). They didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot so they found one for me and got it in as soon as they could. They gave me a loaner while I waited for it to come in. Daniel and Blake were great to work with as well as Tony in financing. All men were very professional and patient. We never felt pushed into buying. Love my new 2017 Highlander! More

Outstanding Sales Experience I was looking for a new car for my wife and had not yet picked the make and model out of a couple of choices we initially chose. During this process I was looking for a new car for my wife and had not yet picked the make and model out of a couple of choices we initially chose. During this process my wife and I decided to come to Hendrick Toyota to look at the Camry and Camry Hybrids because of the excellent service we have received in maintenance for our Corolla. We met Jennie Zehr and told her we were early in our search for a new car. She took the time to ask what we were looking for in a new car and answer our questions. She arranged a test ride in a Camry XLE and explained the vehicles features and was very patient when we explained that while I was ready to purchase, my wife was not. The following week a Camry Hybrid XLE became available and she invited us to come in for a test ride. After seeing the Hybrid and all it offered, I was sold on which car we would eventually be getting. Over a month later when we were finally ready to get the new car, I called Jennie because she had been so helpful and patient in out earlier meetings. I sent her an email telling what colors and options we were looking for and asked her to start searching. She responded with a sample of cars available in the state and when we had made our choice, she worked diligently to get the car on the lot. Jennie worked with me to set what I thought was a good price on the new car and with my trade-in, was able to meet my target "out-the-door" price. Jennie was always patient, understanding, and willing to work with us when we were undecided. I thank her for and Outstanding Sales Experience. More
