The Power of Great Employees I bought my 2011 Accord 2 years ago from this Hendrick's location. In that two years I have returned many, many times to get my vehicle serviced. Now, I bought my 2011 Accord 2 years ago from this Hendrick's location. In that two years I have returned many, many times to get my vehicle serviced. Now, most people probably choose Hendricks due to: quality of service, types of vehicle owned, multitude of services provided etc. However, I go back to Hendricks for the people. One person in particular that has given me outstanding service with a great and positive attitude, is Paul Cowan. Whenever I visit Hendricks Toyota and I'm assisted by Paul I know I'm being helped by a sincere and steadfast worker. He asks me all the important questions pertaining to my visit and works fast paced. While I wait for my vehicle he remains aware of my presence and indulges in friendly conversation while continuing to assist all his other customers. He's a powerful and uplifting person in the Hendricks work force and I can say without a doubt that as long as he remains at Hendricks, I won't go anywhere else for service. Tried to scam me for thousands on repairs! Beware. Carried my 2008 Tacoma pre runner in for warranty repairs, rear leaf springs and truck also had to be realigned. All was done at no cost to me. Left Carried my 2008 Tacoma pre runner in for warranty repairs, rear leaf springs and truck also had to be realigned. All was done at no cost to me. Left truck all day and picked up after work. Service writer said all went well and truck was in great shape. After leaving and driving my truck home I realized it did not drive right, after looking under my truck I noticed the alignment cams had been adjusted 180 deg, tie rods over 1/2 in. I contacted the service writer and he said bring it back in, and I made another opointment and brought my Tacoma back for an alignment recheck to find out why my cams were adjusted to the extremes. Had to of been aligned to the wrong vehicle make or model. Left truck their over 8 hours and when I got their to pick it up I was hoping for good news, but was told by the service writer they could not or did not realing my truck, I asked to talk to the service dept manager Ed and he said I needed several thousand dollars in repairs to my front end, little did they know I'm a perfesional mechanic over 40 years exp and my car needed no repairs!!!!!! More

We came to the dealership ten minutes until close just to look at the car, yet he stayed after for over an hour on a Saturday night just to make sure I got to test drive it, even went over the specs and how to use each feature of the car. He's very friendly and was able to answer every question I had.
