At least we love our car!! In the beginning I would have said our car buying experience was amazing but now I had wish we went to another dealership. This has been by far the wo In the beginning I would have said our car buying experience was amazing but now I had wish we went to another dealership. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had. Finance was rude when we did not want to go with the extended warranty. We were so flustered when we left the dealership after our purchase I had left my old license plate on my trade in, when I contacted Will about it he said he would "do his best". After not hearing anything, I decided to go to Hendrick myself which of course it did not take long at all for him to get it off my old car and give back to me. I was contacted 3 weeks after signing and threated because they didn't have a paper on my OLD vehicle which they never gave me in the first place. Now it's been over a month and I am still dealing with my new car when I should be enjoying it. Some of my information was left off when it was sent out so not only did I not receive any of my financial information for my new car payment I now have to go to the DMV and pay a fee because my new license plate was sent to the wrong address and is lost. Ridiculous. More
