I have a portable Tom-Tom that I use for rentals where the update is free, but Hendricks does not set these prices, Toyota does. Andrew, my service guy checked and instead of putting in last year's data base upgrade, he suggested I wait a week or two and get the new one. I was very grateful. When the details on the 4Runner I was looking for were finalized, Patrick kept me informed on the delivery status and was attentive to my schedule on pick up. He made me feel like a friend.
