horrible experience!!! I scheduled for them to hold a vehicle for me to test drive today. It was a specific vehicle and i called to schedule 3 days in advance. They assured me that it would be there and ready for me but when i showed up they told me they sold it the night before after i had already been called to confirm the appointment. I drove 4 hours each way (total of 8 hours and 550 miles) to be told the car i had a appointment with and had been confirmed with twice was sold. They should have called me considering 2 people knew i was coming to look at the jeep that had been sold. All they told me when i walked in was we sold yours and we don't have any other like it, we will email you if we find anything The gentlemen I talked to was very nice but besides that it was the worst experience i have ever had!!!! I will never do any business with them! More

Andrew is always courteous and he makes sure that my 2006 Toyota Tundra Andrew Bagwell has been my Service Advisor at this location for over 3 years. Andrew is always courteous and he makes sure that my 2006 Toyota Tundra XSP is serviced correctly at every interval. Andrew does this job thoroughly as if it is his vehicle that is being serviced. He makes sure that every area of the service component is completed correctly and on time. I had the 120,000 mile maintenance done today, and my truck is running just like the day it was purchased new. Andrew provided a wash and vacuum to go along with the excellent service performed. I would definitely recommend him as a Service Advisor to anyone who may consider this dealership for the service of your vehicle. More
