Wouldn't go anywhere else! I took my Tacoma in for servicing. This was Saturday, 25 June 2016 at 1:00 PM. The service department was very busy. As soon as I pulled my truck into I took my Tacoma in for servicing. This was Saturday, 25 June 2016 at 1:00 PM. The service department was very busy. As soon as I pulled my truck into the service bay, I was greeted with a sincere greeting, handshake, and assurance that I would be taken care of ASAP. I explained to my Service Advisor (Jeffery Luther, AKA Jeff), that I would be going on a long road trip as soon as I left the dealership. He said he would take care of things right away. While I was waiting, Jeff came to me and we engaged in casual conversation which made me feel like I was more that just a customer. I actually felt like I was a VIP. I did not have to wait long at all for the service to be completed. Jeff even ran my truck through the car wash before sending me on my way and wishing me a safe trip. I received "truly exceptional service" from Jeff and Hendrick Toyota. Oh! by the way. I love my Tacoma. Best vehicle I have ever owned. Thank you, Jeff! More
Best car buying experience ever!! We had the best experience purchasing our Highlander from this dealership. Patrick Coleman and Barry took care of us very well. I knew what I wanted and didn't want to spend all day making it happen. I had a Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2013 that I wanted to trade in for an older model Toyota Prius they had on the lot. I had done my research and new exactly what I wanted to walk out the door with. I was able to walk away with an excellent deal! They were even very kind in ways they did not have to be as well as respectful of this female buyer. I was impressed immediately that when I walked onto the lot, Tem approached to offer help then was not pushy at all when I told him I just wanted to wander the lot for a bit. I purposely found him when I was ready to talk as I was impressed that he had been so pleasant and patient. I told him what I wanted to do, and throughout the entire transaction he was refreshingly easy to deal with and never "pushed." I only had to speak with one other rep., (Mr. Coleman) to finalize the deal. Both of them moved through the process with no song and dance and expedience. Thanks, Tem!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER! I use to love this dealership when I would get my car serviced. However the service agents are not friendly. I have had nothing but issues or excuses I use to love this dealership when I would get my car serviced. However the service agents are not friendly. I have had nothing but issues or excuses when I need assistance. Example I scheduled to have my oil changed, tires rotated, them to look at a dent, alarm, & to price the mirror only for the car. Let's say all they did was price the mirror. I had to inconvenience myself to reschedule another appointment where I had a 7am appointment and my car was not ready until 2pm. Then they still didn't have someone to look at my dent or adjust my alarm. Now my mirror latch is broken all together which was not before. Then I assume while it was getting clean they broke something inside. Now my car has been NONSTOP leaking oil and running ruff. Talk about one pissed customer. I pay my payment 2 weeks before it's due yet they can not give good customer service or treat my car like it's there own. I will call them tomorrow in hope I can get this oil leak fixed without other issues as well as the stuff they have broke fix free of charge of charge since this is there error! It's like can I go anywhere now days and actually get what I pay for?? I would not recommend taken your car there for any services! More

The manager Patrick was very accommodating as well. While they were working on the paperwork he kept us busy with small talk! I will say to work on the service side. I did have to wait 3 and a half hours for my car to be inspected. Please let customers know ahead of time so we can plan our day accourdingly as customers. Maybe offer a lender car for the time being :) Other than that it was lovely service Thank you so much More

Then when it came time to buy my car, Curt (finance) was also accommodating to make sure I understood each step of the process. I'm happy to have worked with such honest and patient people during my first car buying experience! More

The best Toyota dealership in Charleston, SC I had the 115K miles service performed on my 2006 Toyota Tundra XSP and Andrew Bagwell was the service writer. Andrew in my opinion is the best servic I had the 115K miles service performed on my 2006 Toyota Tundra XSP and Andrew Bagwell was the service writer. Andrew in my opinion is the best service writer at this dealership, and Jeff Ferraro is the best service lane manager at any Toyota dealership that I have frequented. Andrew provides personnel service to each customer as if it is his vehicle this is being serviced. Jeff definitely makes sure that each customer is satisfied with his/her vehicle after the service is completed. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Andrew and Jeff to any customer is that is searching for an exceptional vehicle service. More
