Ms. Smith, thank you for your review and we apologize that you feel as though we did not want to earn your business. After talking to Mr. Marflake, we seem to have varying stories. We understand that Danny initially met with you on 2/22/18. You had an 2008 Prius, and were looking for a pre owned upgrade. We ran your credit and discovered that you had no credit score. Danny had explained that to get approved, a down payment was needed to have any chance of financing. Our records indicate that you would be in touch once your tax return arrived. On 4/20/18 our records show you called in to say you had questions, and Danny called back on 4/21/18 and left a message. You responded on 4/24/18, and spoke with Danny and you explained that you liked a pre-owned Prius we have. Our sales managers indicated that you would have to put down 15% plus the value of your trade. Danny then told the desk and they said it would be submitted. Then it was it was shot down, so it was then passed on to a business manager Brian Ward to personally call banks and see if he could secure financing. Danny says he checked every day with our team for an update. Danny explained that he did tell you he wanted to get approval first, before you wasted time visiting our dealership. Another message was left on 4/272018 telling you we were working on it and Danny also sent a follow up email on 4/28/2018. We want to make things clear that Danny, and the rest of our sales team do not control the banks or our F&I department. We sincerely apologize that you feel as though we did not want to earn your business and we do appreciate your loyalty to our service department. We hope you are enjoying your new vehicle that you purchased, and please do not hesitate to reach back out if there is anything else we can do to earn your business in the future.

In the response I received more and more excuses. If this dealership did everything in their power then why did I need to leave them and purchase a car at another dealership. Excuses. Unacceptable
