Not only have they not taken advantage of a young female car buyer, I've walked away both times with a car I love. Blake my sales guy was absolutely wonderful. He was honest, he didn't show me cars I didn't want, and even the terrible lets talk numbers part was fairly painless. They didn't sit there with me for more than 20 minutes until we have come to an agreeable number. Even when a week later I got a flat tire and sent my father there because I couldn't leave work, Blake took care of my Dad through the entire process and assisted him in anything my car needed. This dealership has some terrible reviews, but for the second time in less than 2 years, I've genuinely had a 5 star experience. Blake has called to check on my car twice since my flat tire to ensure the patch is holding as it should and that I'm loving all the features of my car. I couldn't ask for a better sales experience, and we checked out every midsize SUV in town, this was by far the least pressured and most straightforward experience we had! More

Ms. Reetz worked creatively to ensure that my car was repaired and that I made my deadline. She definitely goes above and beyond expectations. Price is always a shock, but that's true for just about everything these days. However, Ms. Reetz worked out several options for me and let me choose what I wanted to do. The following took place after I had maintenance performed on my car: "I took my car to the car wash on rivers, the car stop[ working and the CAR WASH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE had to jump start the car (the battery was approximately 3 months old or more. ONCE CAROLYN FINISHED TALKING TO CAR WASH REPRESENTATIVE. IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE BATTERY WAS DEFECTED. Carolyn accepted my car for maintenance, it was returned with a new battery." The service staff took my car and began working on it as scheduled even though there were a lot of cars already there. While waiting someone came around and offered me snacks and a bottle of water at no charge. The work was done in an hour and a half. All the service personnel were polite and helpful. Andrew Bagwell was the person I dealt with during this visit. He is always happy to help in any way. I would definitely recommend coming to this dealer for any maintenance needs you have for your vehicle. More
