We were offered a great price on a 2011 model, but decided to hold off and check our other options. At the time we were considering several brands to include Toyota. We ultimately dealt with several dealerships to include at least 4 Toyota dealers. We returned to Greg Damewood even though Toyota Scion of North Charleston is not the closest Toyota dealer to us because of how we were treated, and their willingness to work to get us to a price we could afford. After Greg helped us select the 2012 model we wanted we met with Greg's manager, Keith Miller. Keith offered us the best price out of all the dealerships. Steve Meuli helped us finish the paperwork and secure financing on acceptable terms. Greg then took the time to provide me instruction on how to operate the options and audio system. I can't say enough good things about how we were treated by Greg, Keith, and Steve during the process. Everyone was super nice, very knowledgeable, and professional. Greg Damewood by far was the best salesman we dealt with at all of the dealers. Greg also let us know that the sale did not end there, that he was available if we ever had any questions or any issues. He called us a few days later to check on how the car was doing. If you are in the market for a new Toyota or Scion, or a good used car, I would recommend going to Toyota Scion of North Charleston, and dealing with Greg, Keith, and Steve. They not only treated us the best, they also gave us the best price. I will be bringing my car back to them for all our service needs because of our experience there. More

Roomy, comfortable, with Quality food. I am retired, and have bought lots of cars. I had a fantastic experience at Rick Hendrick Toyota. I immediately felt very welcomed, and felt as though I could trust the people who worked there. Brandon was very helpful and patient with me, even tho immediately felt very welcomed, and felt as though I could trust the people who worked there. He went the extra step to get me financed with a great bank and sourced all the options and layed them out for me to choose. I had to bring my daugter with me and she was a little impatient, but Steve didn't mind and kept right on with business. this dealership did a dirty deal with me. First of all they led me to believe the first truck they put me in was the only truck that would work for my situation. i was on my way back to sumter about 100 m they led me to believe the first truck they put me in was the only truck that would work for my situation. i was on my way back to sumter about 100 miles away and they called me to come back they said toyota was financing me a truck. When i got back they had a truck that would not work for me with my 3 sons in the back seat. i took the truck because i really needed a truck. they never went over any features in the truck never gave me a test drive when i signed the paperwork i could not even tell the finance manager the color of the truck. so i was trying to fall in love with the truck i noticed the truck had 900 miles on it when i drove it off the lot so i looked at my paperwork and it had that the truck had 18 miles on it when i purchased it. all the things i told Greg i needed on or in the truck was not on or in it. so i sent them an e mail telling them how dissatisfied i was and they called me and assured me they would make it right. i talked to the top sales manager over the regular sales managers and he assured me he would get me a crewmax with running boards for the same price but it would be the base model which was fine. i told them i work two full time jobs and they still asked me to drive back down to change trucks. i went back down test drove the grey truck they chose for me with Bill not Gregg who originally did the dirt. when in to the finance office with Steve can't remember his last name he had me signing paperwork very fast like he was trying to hide something but when i looked at it, it was the same price just like the head guy told me. Then the next day i get a call from steve again they crossed up the vin numbers on the trucks and they needed me to come back and resign the paperwork. i get down there for the fourth time and 800 miles and they have taken all the warrenties that was on the original deal i told them i had to have the gap insurance so they put that back and i got the 2 year 25,000 mile maintenance deal that came automatically with the truck. not only that they changed the price so now i am paying base price of 33823.00 verses 29443.00 no service contract which was included in the original deal and my monthly payment went up. on top of all of this I had to make another trip down to charleston to get the running boards put on 1000 miles driven when all was said and done with them. to say i was dissatisfied would be a super understatement.
