When I was in Charleston visiting my family and friend during the time of Passover, before I come back to North Carolina Recently I take my 4runner for an oil change and tire rotation when a drove my 4run during the time of Passover, before I come back to North Carolina Recently I take my 4runner for an oil change and tire rotation when a drove my 4runner on the highway my vehicle it started to shake, went I inspect under my 4runner the 4 tire balance weights were removed from my 4runner. Why I don't have any idea, later when I contacted Chad Hoover Service Manager, Chad ignored my call don't want to help he told me to have a good day and hung up the phone, What a disappointment that the place we trust To repair our vehicles is the same place that is responsible for breaking our cars, obviously it is not the first time this has happened, now I have to make another expense and pay to inspect my 4runner for safety from my family, I am now in the process of taking legal action against Hendrick Toyota of north charleston because this could have cost the lives of my family, or someone else on the road. This criminal act has to be investigated and punished so that it does not happen to anyone else. More

I woke up Easter morning to take my Sunday cruise, but it felt a little different and the ride was not so smooth. I pulled off to the side, got out in the rain and cold, took a good look at the RAV and it felt a little different and the ride was not so smooth. It was big and thick and round, sticking out of center tread, and I knew my ride was over so quickly home I sped. The next morning I got up, and off to Hendrick Toyota I was flyin, and in the doorway there he stood, my hero and savior, Bryan. He took my keys and checked me in, and kindly reassured me that my tire would be taken care of, and that I shouldn’t worry. So off to work I went anxiously awaiting to hear back, and in no time at all, I got the call, and all I needed was a patch. He checked me out so quickly we chatted and we laughed, I walked outside and there she was my beautiful gray Rav. I left there feeling happy, I couldn’t believe that I was nervous, and all that I could think of is how grateful I am for Hendrick Toyota service. More
