I came in to the service department a bit hot headed and was instantly put to ease once I was greeted. Another shop had left bolts loose on my undercarriage after an oil change and I was very upset. They made sure everything looked good underneath and that no further damage was caused. The plastic had been dragging on the ground and making a terrible sound. They were able to get this taken care of very quickly and had extra parts to secure it better than before. They have earned my business from just my first stressful visit.
