I had the best experience with the service dept. I had an issue with my tire warranty and my service rep handled all the calling and emailing for like 30 minutes to get it fixed and helped get me in and out issue with my tire warranty and my service rep handled all the calling and emailing for like 30 minutes to get it fixed and helped get me in and out ASAP. Chase has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I had to come in a get my scheduled maintenance as well as get a nail out of my tire. Instead of selling me a new tire which I'm assum knowledgeable. I had to come in a get my scheduled maintenance as well as get a nail out of my tire.
