To be honest I am not very impressed with the service at this particular location. The first time I brought the truck in they told me it needed service 10,000 miles ago but I bought a warranty plan that did this particular location. The first time I brought the truck in they told me it needed service 10,000 miles ago but I bought a warranty plan that didn’t cover the service that was due 10,000 miles ago. I had to sit and wait for roughly 3 hours. Finally they told me I was right and gave me the service that my certified vehicle should have had from the beginning. The next time I brought the car in to be serviced it was due to a tire issue. They ordered a tire and put it on that was incorrect so this is now three times I’ve been to the dealership for one issue. After this we realized the tire was incorrect I had to come back then they had to re-order the tire that is service visit number four. Service visit number five I came in expecting to get my tire changed quickly but I stood there for 20 minutes before anybody attempted to find my service provider. I asked to associates if Buckley was available and they both said “he is here I just don’t know where he is “. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes somebody finally paged him and he came and helped me. As the truck was sent to the back he came up front and let me know that there was a class that he needed to be in so he wasn’t going to be there when I picked up the vehicle there was no charge and I could just drive off. The vehicle is finally pulled in front of the service window it is so close to the vehicle in front of it in the vehicle behind is so close I could not pull out. I got no assistance and no help. Very sad More
