Went into the dealership to get my oil and filter change along with checking a tire that kept needing air. Melissa , one of the service advisors was very helpful and friendly. Thomas Labar was wondful to work with, he answered all my questions ,and kept me informed as to what might be coming in. It was hard for him to know what was coming out of the Japan factory, since all the hy questions ,and kept me informed as to what might be coming in. It was hard for him to know what was coming out of the Japan factory, since all the hybrid cars are made there, but he always let me know what was coming, to give me a choice if I wanted to get one now or wait on my original order.
