Picked up my 2022 Tacoma TRD Sport XP yesterday. Randy, the sales rep was great through out the process. My review is based on the 'road service ' policy that was purchased at the time of car purchase. I requested road service several times in December and never received a call back or any type of reply. The p purchased at the time of car purchase. Brian was my service writer today, and God knew I needed him. He met me with a smile, asked about my day, made sure I knew everything to be done and if I needed anything else checked.
