I took my 2010 Tacoma in for an oil change and had the pleasure of having Dale Strauf as my Service Manger. He took a bit longer to pull up all my information, but boy was the few minutes worth the wait. pleasure of having Dale Strauf as my Service Manger. He reviewed everything that had already been done to my truck and with that in mind, recommended 3 service points that needed to be taken care of today and gave the estimate - which included coupons that he was able to find for me! When it was time to check out he gave me a nice heads up as to what was going to be needed during the next oil change, with the estimate! I'm so happy to have Dale as my personal service manger! He asked that I call him directly on his desk phone, so he can make sure the parts are in for my next appointment date. I have trusted my truck to Hendrick the entire time that I have owned it (since it was new!) and this is why. I trust their thoroughness and recommendations. I never have to worry about my truck breaking down, etc. I have it in the very best of hands at Hendrick's! Thank you team and especially, thank you Dale! He even walked me towards where they parked my truck after it was ready to go! More
Edward Wehinger (sales consultant) was extremely helpful and gave me his time to review and explain all aspects of my new RAV4 car. With the newest complex auto, this was especially important. Brenden Halloran made the financing operation easy to understand and the paperwork was efficiently completed. I’ve previously owned two Toyotas and have been happy with the cars.. Their professional handling of this sale made it very pleasurable. Thanks to both of them. More

Customer service is awful. No one will call you back. Have to call to see what the status of repairs are. Then when you complain to them their answer is it wasn’t me but then they do the same thing.. sc Have to call to see what the status of repairs are. Don’t offer the car wash like is stated. Have to ask about when the customer should have to ask. I will drive 2 hrs to another dealer before I go back to this dealer. I did to buy the car since they wouldn’t give the finance rate. Went to another Hendrick dealership and had no problem getting the finance rate and actually got a better rate and deal More

In 2019, I leased a Tacoma. I was told that keeping mileage down and taking care of the truck would allow me to get equity into a new vehicle at lease turn-in. This is not correct. Leases from Toyota no longer can be purchased from other dealers or re-sellers. I have 10300 miles on the end of a 36K mile lease and when I talked went to Toyota to discuss my options, Toyota of Wilmington told me I could not go to other dealers to trade. I received a quote from another seller almost 7K over current payoff but cannot make the deal. I asked for an appraisal from Toyota of Wilmington and they appraised the truck and handed me a BLANK appraisal sheet and stated their appraisal was a "couple hundred dollars" over payoff. I have the appraisal sheet in my hand. There is no amount for the payoff on the appraisal sheet and their is no dollar amount for the appraisal. THEY DID NOT GET MY PAYOFF AND DID NOT DO AN APPRAISAL. This was the most dishonest transaction I have had with an auto dealer. UPDATE: I just used the Toyota of Wilmington Appraisal tool and it appraised my truck 3K to 7K above payoff. Once again, the most dishonest trip to a dealer I have experienced.. More
