I have a Toyota FJ Cruiser and have been taking my car to a Toyota dealership for service since day one. My service was performed in a timely manner. I bought an suv here so I came in for oil change. The I bought an suv here so I came in for oil change. The person that helped me asked if I would like them to do my nc inspection since it was due I sai I bought an suv here so I came in for oil change. The person that helped me asked if I would like them to do my nc inspection since it was due I said sure. When I was leaving I asked if I needed to pay for my inspection and was told no its covered under maintenance agreement and I would get paperwork in the mail. so i leave work today to pay my taxes at the liscens plate agency to find out after waiting in line for an hour they couldn't find my inspection. I called toyota of wilmington and spoke with Greg the supervisor. Told him all of that and he said I would have to buy new tires to pass inspection there and he would be happy to provide a quote. Needless to say my brand new tires have less than 30,000 miles on them and I was very angry at this point I hung up on greg. No apology no responsibility for investigating my experience. I was straight lied to and I will only go there for my free oil changes and consider purchasing from another dealer next time. More

Had a good experience but I asked for my car to be run through the car wash and it was not done. I’ve been here before and they told me they turned off my maintenance required light but when I stopped som through the car wash and it was not done.
