We have had excellent customer service at all levels of buying, leasing, and servicing our vehicles. In addition, the personal touch this past weekend by the employee's (Bruce Winokur, Dawn Fromme, and Nick Chinn) was outstanding. While we were jockeying for a deal with Bruce and Dawn, Nick was taking care of our servicing needs for our Toyota Prius. In every aspect of our visit to the dealership, we were treated extremely well, informed of all aspects of our thoughts to purchase/lease a vehicle, and provided a wealth of knowledge in which to make an informed and "right decision." In the end, we leased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma; and couldn't be happier. Thank you to the Toyota Team!! More

Simultaneously great and lousy So the ease of drop off, customer service and speed of service (just oil change/rotation) was exceptional. When the service tech asked me if I wanted a car wash I said absolutely!!! I was so excited because I had just driven 1,000 Miles and my grill was covered in bugs. When I got my car, it was like they just spent 30 seconds spraying it with a hose...zero effort demonstrated. I even had an empty, squished up water bottle on the floor board (clearly trash) that was not cleaned up. Bottom Line: If you say “Do you want a car wash?”...wash the car or don’t offer offer it as an option. More

Pope, ALWAYS the greatest greeter and driver around and Mr. Danny Edwards...never without a smile!!! Mr. Kyle Graham , is new to this area (Wisc.) and maybe unfamiliar with our (local) customs and could use a little "Southernization"! I am old enough to be his grandmother and right from the start, he called me by my first name as though this was "social" and not "business"! When it was determined that I would need to return for the next day, I requested an appointment, he responded...'oh, just come on in'... I re-stated my request... he went on to repeat that no appointment was needed. It seemed apparent that he didn't want to be bothered with setting it up. Additionally, he presented as quite flustered, annoyed , and somewhat overwhelmed. On day 2, at the end of service, I held out my hand for the keys and he just laid them on the counter...invisible me. First. Time. Ever. ... for this type of treatment. More
