It's a breath of fresh air compared to the level of customer service that you're seeing in the world today. I originally met with Bill Brackett. He helped me straighten out my Toyota app and was able to download the software into my Corolla. An error message was popping up for some reason saying the Toyota software wasn't completely downloaded, when I took delivery of the car. I'm sure it's something I did. Bill was able to figure it out and was fantastic. Best dealership service ever. More
