I had an appointment to have my vehicle serviced which included oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. My service manager was Sylvia Jeffcoat who met me soon after arriving. After obtaining the included oil change, tire rotation and safety inspection. My service manager was Sylvia Jeffcoat who met me soon after arriving. After obtaining the vehicle information she explained that I was due for an oil change and tire rotation. After the service was completed she explained that my Autoguard warranty had one more oil change remaining but three more tire rotations. The difference was a result of having most oil changes performed based on time vice mileage. Several years we would only drive approximately 5,000 miles in a year so we had the oil changed at 5,000 miles vice 10,000. So we did not use the separate 5,000 mile checkup and the associated tire rotation. These remaining tire rotations remain available until they are used. The service waiting area is always clean and offers free hot drinks. The service takes under an hour which is reasonable. More
