Employee Melisa Hatcher is amazing! We were trying to get a car inspected before it was going on a 15 hour trek to college. We were a day too early for the state inspection. Melisa suggested that we come back the following day and she would take care of us quickly! And quickly, she did! It was so busy but she recognized us from the day before and checked us in. It was less than an hour before she was calling to let us know the car was ready to go! She handled our situation with a sense of urgency which I appreciated.
